This policy explains how Health Care Network (“HCN,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit watchhcn.com or subscribe to our newsletter.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your email address when you subscribe, and any name, company, or message you include in a form (such as a sponsor or guest inquiry).
- Information collected automatically — limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and understand usage in aggregate.
We don’t ask for and don’t want personal medical information — please don’t send it.
How we use it
To send our newsletter and show updates if you’ve subscribed; to respond to inquiries; and to operate, secure, and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and don’t share it for advertising. We use service providers who process information on our behalf under contract: Beehiiv (newsletter), Airtable (form submissions), Vercel (hosting), and Google Workspace (email). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Your choices
Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email, or email us. To review, change, or delete the information we hold about you — including if you’re a California resident — email cedric@watchhcn.com and we’ll handle it.
Do Not Track
We don’t track you across other companies’ websites. We don’t currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there’s no common standard for them.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on the site or in the newsletter.
